与沙特尔同时代，自1195年起建造，其建筑格局独一无二：没有耳堂，五条中殿宽度依次递减，营造出令人惊叹的透视效果，13世纪的彩绘玻璃则分布在唱诗席的三层之上，蔚为大观。1992年列入联合国教科文组织名录，就建筑的统一性而言，它被认为是法国最成熟的哥特式主教座堂之一。
