Regarded as the largest lime tree in France, with a girth of around 17 metres, this remarkable tree grows near Bracon. Local tradition relates that it was planted in 1477 at the marriage of Mary of Burgundy to Maximilian of Habsburg, although a dendrochronological study in 1992 revealed an age of only around 240 years. Recognised as an "Arbre remarquable de France" (Remarkable Tree of France) in 2000.
