What stands there
1 of the 7 cathedrals of the Tro Breiz

Dedicated to Saint Tugdual, one of the seven founding saints of Brittany, this cathedral houses his tomb as well as a remarkable Gothic cloister, one of the few surviving in Brittany. It also holds the tomb of Saint Yves, patron saint of Brittany and of lawyers, a 13th-century priest and judge renowned for having defended the cause of the poor without charge — hence his reputation as the "advocate of the poor". Every year, around 19 May, the saint's chef (skull) leaves the cathedral for the only time in the year, carried in procession to his birthplace at Minihy-Tréguier, during a great pardon — the Breton pilgrimage festival — that still draws lawyers who come to pay him homage in their robes.
